How to Read Your New Statement

Our statement has received a make over! We have redesigned your statement to provide a more comprehensive view of your outstanding balance in a reader-friendly format.

Our new statement model is based on guarantor billing. You will receive one statement with all your encounters for services provided by Glens Falls Hospital. You may also receive a separate statement for any physician services provided by Glens Falls Medical Group.  Please call the number displayed on your statement if you have questions.
