The Glens Falls Hospital Community Pharmacy is easily accessible to caregivers, employees, patients and now our expanded community patients. The Glens Falls Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy would like to offer to fill your discharge prescriptions after your hospital stay. To do so, please notify the hospital staff before your discharge to ensure your prescription comes to our pharmacy.
