IMPORTANT UPDATE: All Albany Med Health System patient portals, including Glens Falls Hospital, will be replaced by MyChart on Nov. 2, 2024:
If you have an existing portal account with Glens Falls Hospital, you’ll still want to use it to view test results until Nov. 2. Make sure you’re ready for the switch by creating a new MyChart account now.
PLEASE NOTE: Messaging to providers on Glens Falls Hospital’s My Health Record portal will close on October 29. Self-scheduling on My Health Record closed on Friday, October 18.
All MyChart features will be available Nov. 2. When you sign up for MyChart, your information will be transferred, but some of your medical records may not be available in MyChart until your next appointment.
